Come celebrate the holidays with us! This concert features Magnificat by Kim Andre Arnesen, an incredible piece, warm and compassionate, glowing with soaring, beautifully arched melodic lines. We will also be performing some of our favorite songs, sharing various perspectives and views on the birth of Christ and the season of Christmas, all wonderfully written and beautifully performed.

Dawn King, a composer currently living and working in Toronto has created an incredible, striking Requiem Mass that is the centerpiece of this concert. In addition to this brand new composition, we will be performing further selections by Ola Gjelo and other recent compositions by modern composers.

Labeled a masterpiece by all who have heard it, the Wound in the Water is an epic masterpiece created by Norway composer Kim Andre Arnesen. This incredible piece of music will feature local musicians in addition to the Lyrica Chamber Choir that you have come to know and love.
